The death toll from the devastating earthquake that struck Colombia has risen to at least 30, according to infohub.kz.
According to CNN, citing reports from governors and mayors of affected areas, at least 30 people were killed in the powerful magnitude 7.4 earthquake that struck on Monday. Of these, 18 deaths were recorded in Pereira (Risaralda department), two in Manizales (Caldas), four in Choco department, one in Quibdo (the capital of Choco), three in Calima el Darien, one in Zarzal (Valle del Cauca), and one in Tamesis (Antioquia).
Leaders from the United States, South America, Europe, and the Middle East have offered to bolster rescue efforts in Colombia following the devastating magnitude 7.4 earthquake that ravaged several cities, killed more than a dozen people, and forced dozens to flee their homes. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the United States is ready to support the Colombian people and its leadership.
