In the capital of Kazakhstan, the performance of renowned stand-up comedian Galym Kaliakbarov ended prematurely. The incident occurred on August 19, reports infohub.kz.

According to the Telegram channel NewsRoom99, the concert was unexpectedly interrupted by an unknown man who claimed the event was being held illegally. When the audience asked for reasons, a heated exchange followed, after which the man pointed out that the comedian was "currently cursing." The audience demanded proof, but none was provided. Kaliakbarov himself jokingly responded that he would not refund ticket money and suggested meeting again in 10 days.

The akimat of the Yesil district explained to NUR.KZ correspondent that the concert had not been officially approved because the organizers failed to submit the mandatory notice 10 days prior to the event. Akimat representatives arrived at the venue to clarify legal norms and the procedure for ensuring guest safety, but the organizers obstructed their access to the premises.

Consequently, a preventive conversation was held with the organizers at the Yesil District Police Department, where they were explained the legal requirements and potential risks of holding unsanctioned mass events. After the conversation, the organizers were released.

The authorities emphasized that the notification procedure is not a formality but an important condition for public safety, allowing for prompt coordination of emergency services to protect the lives and health of visitors in case of emergencies.
