Kazakhstan's People's Artist Dimash Qudaibergen personally congratulated miners on their professional holiday by descending 700 meters underground after a concert in Karaganda, reports infohub.kz.
Immediately after the performance dedicated to Miner's Day, which drew about 250,000 viewers, the singer went to the Kostenko mine of Qarmet company. In a social media post, he shared his impressions: "I went 700 meters underground and saw with my own eyes the conditions miners work in, how difficult and responsible their job is. They showed me the mine's operations, modern safety and positioning systems that track people underground. It's good to see mines being modernized. But the main thing was meeting the miners in person and congratulating them on their professional holiday. I have immense respect for people in this profession. Your work deserves special honor! Happy Miner's Day! Wishing you good health, well-being, and safe shifts!"
Fans expressed admiration for his gesture in comments, wishing him health and creative inspiration. Earlier, Dimash announced he would take a break until October.
