Dodo Pizza's website and mobile app have gone down in Kazakhstan, making it impossible to place delivery, pickup, or in-restaurant orders due to an outage, infohub.kz reports.

The chain announced the service disruption on its Kazakh Threads account. According to the company, a large-scale failure occurred overnight at the cloud provider whose infrastructure hosts its services. The provider's name was not disclosed in the statement.

Specialists from the chain are now working with the provider to restore the system. No exact timeline for resumption has been given yet — the company promises to announce when services are back online.

Customers who already paid for an order but never received it will be refunded after verification. "If you've already paid for an order and it didn't arrive, your money won't be lost: we'll check everything and issue a refund," Dodo Pizza said. The chain also apologized to customers for the inconvenience.

Earlier, Kursiv reported outages at Yandex Go in Kazakhstan that left users unable to order taxis or delivery. The company confirmed technical problems and explained that issues in individual components of a distributed infrastructure can affect service availability across multiple countries at once.

Before that, Dodo Pizza's IT system suffered a cyberattack, which the company confirmed on its Telegram channel. Attackers may have gained access to the names, contacts, addresses, and order histories of some customers. The chain said payment data was not affected.
