Another BMW drifter has been brought to justice in Taraz. This time, a 25-year-old resident of the regional center received 10 days of administrative arrest for dangerous maneuvering, reports infohub.kz.

The incident occurred at night and was captured by surveillance cameras. The footage shows the BMW driver performing dangerous maneuvers, posing a threat to other road users.

Police quickly identified the offender, a 25-year-old resident of Taraz. An administrative protocol was drawn up for a gross violation of traffic rules, and the case was sent to court. The judge sentenced him to 10 days of administrative arrest.

Police noted that this is not the first case of holding someone accountable for drifting in Taraz. Every such incident is under special control. Any attempts at drifting or dangerous maneuvering on public roads entail liability established by law, up to administrative arrest.

Recall that recently in Taraz, another driver, also driving a BMW, was punished for a similar offense.
