Rapper Denis Ustimenko-Vainshtein, known by his stage name Dzhigan, went on an armed rampage against his own security guards while in a state of delirium tremens — his children, who hid in closets, witnessed the incident, reports infohub.kz.
The incident occurred in early July but only came to light now, according to the Telegram channel Mash. In a three-story mansion in the upscale cottage community of Chateau Sovereign in the Moscow region, the musician armed himself with a carbine and summoned all household staff along with security. Threatening to shoot, he forced people to confess to crimes.
He accused one of the guards of pedophilia and ordered him to run, then shot him in the back, hitting his leg and arm. He accused the others of betrayal, leaking information, and other offenses, treating them similarly. The vigilante justice lasted about ten hours. Throughout, Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova's children hid in closets and witnessed everything. The blogger herself was in Milan at the time.
Neighbors who heard gunshots called the police and the rapper's friends. Together they detained Dzhigan and seized his weapon, and the incident was not made public. He was later sent to a rehabilitation center in Israel.
Recall that Dzhigan and Oksana Samoilova divorced in April 2026 — about a year after the blogger filed the lawsuit. All four of the couple's children live with their mother. In the summer, the musician shared with his Instagram followers that he had decided to convert to Judaism.
