In Ust-Kamenogorsk, a ceremony was held on the eve of Republic Day to present state awards to residents of the East Kazakhstan Region. Representatives of industry, agriculture, healthcare, education, culture and other sectors received orders, medals and an honorary title, the website infohub.kz reports.
The akim of the East Kazakhstan Region, Nuryмбет Sakтаганов, congratulated his fellow countrymen on the national holiday and noted that the region's development depends on their professionalism, responsibility and dedication to their work.
“This national holiday unites us with a sense of pride in our country, its history and achievements,” the head of the region emphasized.
The Order of “Parasat” was awarded to Kalikan Baigonysov, director of the East Kazakhstan Aviation Unit of the Passenger Transport and Roads Department.
The Order of “Qurmet” was awarded to Nikolai Krasnoev, inspector of the Markakol State Nature Reserve; Manarbek Mukhamedzhanov, chairman of the Council of Aksakals of the East Kazakhstan Region; and Amangeldy Sergazin, head of the public foundation “Qamqor Ulan” from Ulan District. The same award was given to Seisengazy Chukaev, head of the Department for Land Resources Management for the East Kazakhstan Region; Aiman Myramytova, chief physician of Polyclinic No. 1 in Ust-Kamenogorsk; and Serik Orazgaliev, president of the joint-stock company “Ust-Kamenogorsk Airport.”
The Order of “Enbek Danqy” III degree was presented to Zhumabek Zhapishev, head of the “Ermek” peasant farm in Ulan District, and Sergei Sergeev, cardiologist and head of the admissions department of the East Kazakhstan Regional Hospital.
The medal “Eren enbegi ushin” was awarded to workers in industry, energy, utilities, healthcare, education, culture and other sectors.
Among the awardees are Vladimir Eremin, equipment repair technician for fuel supply at the Sogrinskaya TPP; Sergei Smurygin, electrician at the energy center of the joint-stock company “Ulba Metallurgical Plant”; Sergei Loshkarev, head of the production and technical department of the joint-stock company “Ust-Kamenogorsk Titanium-Magnesium Combine”; Nurzhuma Omarov, carpenter at the limited liability partnership “OblShyghysZhol”; and Vyacheslav Shakhov, director of marketing and sales and member of the board of directors of the limited liability partnership “Ust-Kamenogorsk Condenser Plant.”
The medal was also awarded to Kanat Turdiev, head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the East Kazakhstan Region; Aigerim Kalymbekova, head of the limited liability partnership “ORTHO CLINIC”; and Oksana Ovechkina, head of the chemical-bacteriological laboratory of the municipal enterprise “TAZA OSKEMEN.”
In the field of culture and education, awards were given to Almirа Dyusupova, director of the East Kazakhstan College of Arts named after the Abdullin Brothers; Arnika Baibusynova, soloist of the East Kazakhstan Regional Philharmonic; and Askerkhan Khuanbai, librarian of the East Kazakhstan Regional Library named after A. S. Pushkin.
Among the awardees are also Konsbek Beksoltanov, head of the limited partnership “Mura” in Ulan District; Kairat Bukejanov, director of the limited liability partnership “Borodino” in Altai District; Bolatbek Daumov, director of the East Kazakhstan Regional Specialized Children and Youth Olympic Reserve School for Athletics; and Erkebulan Zagiparov, chairman of the Zaisan District Maslikhat of the VIII convocation.
The medal “Shapaqat” was presented to Bauyrzhan Kozhakhmetov, head of the “Aldiyar” peasant farm in Tarbagatai District, and Gulbakyt Kakharmanova, head of the social assistance department of the city territorial center for social services “Ulbi.”
The honorary title “Qazaqstannyn enbek sinirgen qairatkeri” was conferred on Gulya Kasenova, soloist of the municipal enterprise “Daryn” in Ulan District.
Congratulating the awardees, Nuryмбет Sakтаганов thanked them for their conscientious work and contribution to the development of the region.
“I thank you for your conscientious work, responsibility and love for the homeland. I wish you good health, well-being and new achievements,” said the akim of the region.
