Kazakhstan citizens can now report incidents to the police, check for potential personal data leaks, opt out of loans and microloans, obtain various certificates, and check administrative fines—all in one section of the eGov Mobile app, according to infohub.kz.

The updated service has been introduced in the eGov Mobile app. It now operates as a unified digital showcase, bringing together services related to security, crime prevention, and law enforcement.

The 'Law and Order' section offers Kazakhstan citizens several practical digital services.

Report to the police. Through the '102' service, users can submit reports about incidents, domestic violence, road accidents, traffic violations, and other situations requiring police intervention.

Check for personal data leaks. The Nomad Guard service is designed for this purpose. It allows users to check for possible personal data leaks.

Check product labeling. The Naqty Onim service provides information on product labeling.

Protect against new loans. The section also includes a service to opt out of receiving loans and microloans.

In addition, Kazakhstan citizens can access the most in-demand government services in the law enforcement sector. Specifically, through the section, users can obtain a criminal record certificate, check for travel bans abroad, get information about corruption offenses committed by an individual, and find and pay administrative fines.

A separate block is dedicated to digital services and information materials from the Prosecutor General's Office of Kazakhstan. It includes, in particular, a service for searching for missing persons, a tool for checking the registration of an offense report, and materials on legal statistics.

According to National Information Technologies JSC, since the service launched in June 2025, it has been used about 1.4 million times.

"The team of NIT JSC is continuously working to improve digital services and government services, making them more convenient, accessible, and focused on citizens' needs," said Daulet Bekmanov, Chairman of the Management Board of National Information Technologies JSC.

Earlier, eGov launched a service for notifications about emergency hospitalization.
