Eldar Kuzenbayev has been appointed Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Kazakhstan by a government decree, according to infohub.kz.

According to information on the government's website, prior to his new appointment, Kuzenbayev had served as Chair of the Migration Committee within the same ministry since March 2026.

Eldar Konysbaiuly Kuzenbayev was born in 1982 in the Kostanay region. He graduated from A. Baitursynov Kostanay State University and M. Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economics University.

He began his career in 2002 as a leading specialist in the organizational and analytical department of the Administrator of Courts of the Kostanay region. In subsequent years, he worked as a senior bailiff in various district offices, head of departments in the Department of Justice, and held positions as deputy akim of Uzynkol district, akim of Sarykol district, and akim of the city of Arkalyk in the Kostanay region. From 2019 to 2021, he was first deputy chair of the Kostanay regional branch of the Nur Otan party, then head of the regional akim's office. In 2022–2023, he was a state inspector at the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and from 2023 to 2026, a state inspector in the state control department of the Presidential Administration.
