A powerful explosion rocked a container ship at the Yangluo port in the Chinese city of Wuhan, reports infohub.kz, citing China Daily.
The incident occurred around 5:30 a.m. when the hybrid-powered container ship Yihan Mingyuan was approaching Berth A101. The explosion took place in the stern, triggering a fire.
According to preliminary information, seven containers fell into the water. One crew member is missing. Search and rescue operations are ongoing.
