Kazakh actress Fariza Eskermes, known for the series "Frauds" and films "Nurikamal" and "Dastur: Teris bata," shared deep reflections after a spiritual pilgrimage to Mount Kailash, reports infohub.kz.
According to the actress, this journey allowed her to rethink many things. She emphasized that she does not seek to acquire supernatural abilities but wants to remain human. "I don't want to elevate some people above others or consider someone a person of 'lower vibrations.' I don't want to divide people into those who 'moved to 5D' and those who 'stayed.' I don't want to. And I won't. I want to live. A human life. And see value in everyone. Achieve success. Love and be loved. Listen to jazz and dance at sunset. Sometimes sin, make mistakes, fall back, cry and laugh. Earn big money and spend it on whatever I want. Travel. Sing. Act in films. Learn. Read the classics. Make my parents happy. Eat my mom's manti. And never deny myself a cup of good coffee," she wrote.
The actress added that she wants to wear the most beautiful clothes and not be ashamed of her slender build. "Sometimes sleep until noon, and sometimes meditate at night. Go to the banya. Fool around, be capricious next to my husband. Not judge others and just live my bright, deep, soulful and not at all perfect life. I realized that sometimes the most valuable experience is born not in long asceticism, not in endless practices, and not always next to a guru. Sometimes it is born within life itself, in its simple moments, in love, in mistakes, in laughter, in tears, in every lived day," she noted.
The star of "Frauds" urged everyone to live life to the fullest. "Let's not wait for a special moment. Let's create our life, dive into it with all our heart, as if it were the most precious gift, and feel it with every cell. An ordinary human life is priceless. And perhaps this is the greatest experience of all," she added.
