The Military Court of the Akmola Garrison has restored the rights of a female soldier whose housing payments were illegally terminated after the birth of her child, reports infohub.kz.

According to the official Telegram channel of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Military Court of the Akmola Garrison considered an administrative case on the claim of a female soldier against a military unit to declare illegal the decision to terminate current housing payments and to recognize her right to receive them.

The court established that the plaintiff is a military serviceman and had previously received housing payments. After the birth of her child on December 3, 2025, she filed a report requesting a recalculation of current housing payments taking into account the family composition. However, by a decision of the housing commission of the military unit dated February 27, 2026, and an order of the unit commander dated March 4, 2026, the housing payments were completely stopped.

Having examined the case materials, the court concluded that the termination of current housing payments was unjustified, since the circumstances related to the change in the plaintiff's family composition and the birth of the child were not taken into account when making the decision.

The court's decision recognized the right to receive current housing payments. The defendant was obliged to make current housing payments taking into account the birth of the child. Also, court costs for the payment of the state fee were recovered from the defendant.

As a result of the consideration of the case, the plaintiff's claims were satisfied.
