The 2026 FIFA World Cup passed without any hint of match-fixing, according to an investigation by FIFA, as reported on infohub.kz.
Specialists from FIFA’s Integrity Task Force monitored all 104 matches of the tournament in real time and simultaneously tracked betting odds. The data analysis recorded no suspicious signals that could indicate attempts to influence the outcome of a game.
The investigation involved representatives from football confederations, the federations of the United States, Canada and Mexico, as well as the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL), the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime, the Council of Europe, Sportradar, the International Betting Integrity Association and other organizations.
