Kenes Rakishev, the main owner of Fincraft Resources, will miss out on dividends for the second consecutive year as shareholders decided not to distribute profits for 2025 due to a loss of over half a billion tenge, reports infohub.kz.
At the general shareholders' meeting, Fincraft Resources approved its 2025 financial statements and resolved not to accrue dividends on common shares. According to the approved statements, the company's consolidated loss for 2025 amounted to 547.3 million tenge, while the unconsolidated loss was 503.1 million tenge.

As of early July 2026, 78.85% of Fincraft Resources shares were held by Fincraft Group, with another 15.72% held by BTA Bank. The ultimate beneficiary is businessman Kenes Rakishev, who ranks 27th in the Forbes Kazakhstan list of the richest Kazakhs with a fortune of $402 million.
Earlier, the company reported a loss of 547.3 million tenge for 2025, compared to a loss of 4.2 million tenge the previous year.
