Kazakhstan's low-cost carrier FlyArystan has again postponed the resumption of flights on the Aktau-Dubai-Aktau route. This time, the break will last at least until September 15, 2026, inclusive, reports infohub.kz.
Initially, the airline planned to resume flights on this route on August 29, but the restrictions have now been extended by more than two weeks. The reason cited is the ongoing unstable situation in the Middle East.
"FlyArystan announces that the suspension of flights on the Aktau-Dubai-Aktau route has been extended until September 15, 2026, inclusive, due to the continued unstable situation in the Middle East," the carrier said in an official statement.
Passengers whose flights have been canceled are offered a full refund of ticket costs without any penalties. To do so, they need to contact the place where they purchased their tickets.
It should be recalled that in March of this year, FlyArystan had already temporarily suspended flights on this route due to the unstable situation in the region and imposed flight restrictions. At that time, passengers were also offered either a full refund or free rebooking to later dates.
