GoldFinMarket pawnshop will allocate 696 million tenge of net profit for the period from 2025 to 2026 to dividend payments. The decision was made at the general shareholders' meeting, according to a document published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), reports infohub.kz.

According to the annual report for 2025, no net income was distributed in 2023-2024, while dividends of 297.3 million tenge were paid in 2025.

In 2025, GoldFinMarket posted a net profit of 696.6 million tenge, nearly triple the 232.7 million tenge earned in 2024. Profit before tax rose to 903.7 million tenge, with tax expenses of 207.2 million tenge.

Revenue increased by 68.8%, from 2.33 billion to 3.94 billion tenge. The bulk came from: 3.49 billion tenge in interest on microloans; 442.7 million tenge in fines and penalties; and about 8 million tenge from deposit income and other receipts.

The sharp profit growth is not solely due to expanded lending. The company also earned 834.3 million tenge from storing precious metals. That amount corresponds to roughly 92% of pre-tax profit, so this new source of other operating income significantly boosted the final financial result.

In 2025, GoldFinMarket rapidly expanded its network, assets, and portfolio, and net profit nearly tripled. However, a significant portion of the result is tied to a one-off new income from precious metals storage, while the cost of borrowed financing and debt burden rose markedly.

According to Egov, the pawnshop is owned by a microfinance organization of the same name, with two participants: Akgul Baidosova and Patyma Mamyrbek. The pawnshop was registered in January 2023 and has been issuing microloans since July 2023. Its main product is loans to individuals for up to 12 months secured by gold items.

At the start of 2026, the pawnshop had 41 branches: 14 opened and two closed during the year. It operates in Shymkent, Astana, Almaty, Taldykorgan, Taraz, Semey, Oskemen, and the Turkistan region. The staff numbered 171 employees. According to the pawnshop, its share of the sector's total loan portfolio was 2.09%, ranking eighth among 463 market participants.
