Green Invest Group, a financial company controlled by Kazakh businessman Bakhytbek Baiseitov, ended 2025 with a net profit of 1.13 billion tenge. This is almost twice the figure for 2024, when the company earned 569.2 million tenge, according to its financial statements... reports the website infohub.kz.
Green Invest Group transitioned from an investment company to providing financial services in April 2022. The company's assets are under trust management at BCC Invest.
The management company invests the company's assets in stakes in other organizations, property, financial instruments, and other assets permitted by Kazakhstan's legislation for investment funds.
Through controlled entities, the firm is present in sectors such as agriculture (Green Finance), aquaculture (Green Project Management), and logistics (Nomade Project Management).
Bakhytbek Baiseitov directly owns 74% of Green Invest Group's shares, with another 26% held by BRB Invest, where he is also the ultimate controlling party.
Baiseitov ranks 13th in the Forbes list of the 75 richest businessmen in Kazakhstan with a fortune of $858 million. In addition to Green Invest Group, he owns 51.76% of the voting shares of Bank CenterCredit and BCC Invest, as well as 100% of Orient Invest Group.
The main growth in Green Invest Group's performance was driven by net income from financial assets, which doubled over the year from 568.9 million to 1.14 billion tenge.
At the same time, the company's operating expenses remained stable:
General and administrative expenses: 12.8 million tenge (in 2024 – 12.6 million tenge).
Commission expenses: 563 thousand tenge (in 2024 – 590 thousand tenge).
Other expenses (net): 2.1 million tenge (in 2024, the company received other income of 5.1 million tenge).
Profit before taxation reached 1.13 billion tenge versus 570.1 million tenge a year earlier. Basic earnings per share for the year amounted to 1.88 tenge (in 2024 – 0.95 tenge).
Earlier, Kursiv reported that Baiseitov paid the management of the investment company 481 million tenge for six months.
