In the village of Karakul, Kurmangazy District, Atyrau Region, stacked hay caught fire in an open area. The flames destroyed about 250 tons of feed, reports infohub.kz.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, there were no casualties. Livestock was moved to a safe location. The cause of the fire is being determined.
The fire was extinguished at 4:32 a.m. over an area of 440 square meters.
