A covert video has surfaced online showing a man resembling notorious Kazakh maniac and cannibal Nikolay Zhumagaliyev inside a closed psychiatric hospital, reports infohub.kz.

The footage, allegedly filmed at the hospital in the village of Aktas, Almaty region, captures Zhumagaliyev unaware that he is being recorded.

During the conversation, Zhumagaliyev says he fears giving interviews to journalists because the management might give him a special injection that 'ties the tongue.' He exposes corruption and murders within the facility. According to the cannibal, some staff members have 'blood on their hands' and deliberately kill patients with injections.

Additionally, the video discusses poor nutrition in the hospital (staff take home meat meant for patients), furniture unchanged since 1972, unjustified retention of patients for funding, as well as illegal gold mining in Kazakhstan and Donald Trump's reforms.

An official request regarding these statements has been sent to the Ministry of Health.

Zhumagaliyev, who killed more than ten women, drank their blood, and ate their flesh, was diagnosed with schizophrenia. He has been held in a closed psychiatric hospital in Aktas since the 1990s.
