InteriseGroup has released the results of the Global Customer Choice Index (GCCI) Kazakhstan 2026, an international study covering 23 second-tier banks in the Republic of Kazakhstan, with assessments conducted across all key touchpoints of the customer journey — in both online and offline channels, according to infohub.kz.
Based on the findings, Home Credit Bank received two awards at once, announced in Almaty at a meeting of experts. The bank took 1st place in the Best Digital Customer Experience category and 2nd place in the Best Overall Customer Experience category, which combines online and offline interaction.
The first-place ranking for digital experience reflects the bank's focus on the convenience of its digital services and customer journey: the simplicity, speed and clarity of interaction with its app and website.
Second place in the overall customer experience category demonstrates the results of its work across several channels at once — online and offline. The bank is consistently developing its digital services and improving service at its branches, aiming to make interaction with Home Credit Bank convenient at every stage.
"For the bank, this is recognition of the team's work on communicating with customers and creating convenient channels for interacting with the bank at every stage. We strive to create an experience that meets the expectations of today's customer and even exceeds them: clear and convenient. At the same time, all points of contact are equally important to us — digital services, branches and the work of employees handling customer requests. That is why it is especially important for our team to receive recognition from the expert market in two areas at once, which together reflect our systematic, holistic approach to working with customers," commented Sino Alizoda, Executive Director for Marketing and Strategy at Home Credit Bank.
The customer experience awards confirm the bank's successful strategy for developing customer service and digital solutions.
