Dozens of entrepreneurs in the East Kazakhstan region, who had not been paid for completed work and delivered goods, have finally received their due money, reports infohub.kz.
The prosecutor's office of the Altai district, during an inspection of compliance with legislation on protection of entrepreneurs' rights, revealed violations by the Municipal State Enterprise "Interdistrict Hospital of the Altai District." The medical institution had accrued overdue debt to suppliers who had timely fulfilled their contractual obligations — providing goods, works, and services. After the prosecutor's supervisory act, the hospital fully paid off its debt to 37 business entities. The total amount paid was 106.47 million tenge.
