Hyundai is preparing a major overhaul of its model lineup: by 2030, the company plans to introduce more than 100 new and updated vehicles. Seven premieres are expected in the next eight months, according to infohub.kz.
The company aims to enter new segments and expand its lineup of crossovers, electric vehicles, and commercial vehicles in the coming years. Plans include 58 launches in North America, 49 in South Korea, 41 in Europe, 26 in India, and 22 in China.
One of the upcoming models is the Santa Fe with an EREV powertrain, set to arrive in the first half of 2027. Its claimed total range is expected to exceed 966 km. Hyundai promises the feel of an electric vehicle without the usual range or charging anxiety.
The European program includes five all-new electric models: two B-segment crossovers, a large D-segment crossover, and two electric vans. Hyundai expects to increase EV sales in Europe from 116,000 units in 2025 to over 420,000 by 2030.
In China, the company also aims to turn things around with new models. After the Ioniq V in 2027, electric and EREV models will follow, including a C-segment crossover with a range of up to 600 km.
Genesis, the premium brand, also has big plans. In 2027, it will unveil an SUV with an EREV powertrain capable of traveling over 1,030 km. By 2030, Genesis expects to be present in more than 40 countries and sell around 350,000 vehicles annually. The brand also intends to expand its lineup and enter new segments.
Hyundai will continue to develop its N performance line and aims to increase sales to 100,000 vehicles per year by 2030. Additionally, the company is preparing body-on-frame models, including a mid-size pickup.
