Kazakhstan's Ministry of Trade and Integration estimates that domestic automakers could export as many as 4,500 vehicles a year to the Belarusian market.
Kazakh companies continue to expand deliveries in that direction. In January 2026, the Kazakh Trade House, Kazak Trade House, opened in Minsk to promote domestic products and support export projects. Its pool of suppliers includes eight Kazakh manufacturers that expect to ship up to 20 trucks worth up to $300,000 to Belarus each year.
The two sides are also discussing joint projects in the automotive industry. In particular, POZHSNAB LLC and Avtokomponenty KZ LLP are working on setting up production of specialized firefighting equipment.
Trade between Kazakhstan and Belarus rose 30% in 2025 to more than $1.2 billion. In January–July 2026, mutual trade added another 20.5%, reaching $723 million. Kazakh exports totaled $180.3 million, while imports came to $542.7 million.
The authorities expect the new industrial and trade initiatives to boost supplies of Kazakh goods to Belarus.
