An Indian citizen traveling by bicycle encountered difficulties in Kazakhstan, but thanks to the vigilance and responsiveness of local police, he was able to continue his journey, reports infohub.kz.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the incident occurred on August 24 in the Atyrau region. Police officers Nauryzbek Sultanov, Alibi Zhastalapov, and Askezhan Bekbolat, while on duty, noticed a foreigner on a bicycle on the highway.

It turned out that the man was traveling from Russia through Kazakhstan to India. Along the way, he lost his way and had problems with mobile communication and internet access.

The police did not leave the traveler in trouble. They helped him activate a SIM card and restore network access so he could navigate and stay in touch. Additionally, it turned out that the tourist had difficulties finding accommodation. The officers helped him find the nearest hotel and get settled safely.

Thanks to the attentiveness and compassion of the police, the foreigner received the necessary assistance and was able to continue his journey. The traveler expressed sincere gratitude to the Kazakh police for their support.
