Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has called on residents of Middle Eastern countries to stay away from areas where U.S. military personnel are stationed, according to the Turkish Anadolu agency as reported by infohub.kz.
The IRGC stated that a large number of U.S. troops have left military bases in the region and moved into buildings in city centers.
The Iranian side urged residents to keep at least 500 meters away from any areas where U.S. forces are located.
Earlier, The New York Times cited Iranian and Iraqi officials as saying that Tehran had rejected a ceasefire proposal from President Trump.
