Hollywood actor and martial arts star Jackie Chan has finished work on the final installment of the "Armour of God" franchise in Kazakhstan and has already left the country, infohub.kz reports.

A video message from the actor was posted by Maksat Kikimov, CEO of the Dala Stage film studio in Kaskelen. His wife, Zere Shakerkhan, daughter of businessman Muratkhan Tokmadi, shared footage on social media of dinners organized for the star.

In the clip, the stuntman and action star admitted that he felt like a special person in Kazakhstan.

"In no other country have I received so many gifts. In Kazakhstan I got so much: so many clothes, headwear, knives — you name it! I'm so happy. When I return, I will set aside a small room just for gifts from Kazakhstan. And thank you to all the people of the country," Jackie Chan said.

According to Kikimov, together with Salem Entertainment, the actor spent nearly four months on the shoot — from June 15 to October 7.

"These were incredible and unforgettable days in Kazakhstan! Thank you for everything, Jackie!" Kikimov wrote.

Earlier, Kursiv LifeStyle reported that in addition to Kazakhstan, some scenes of the film were also shot in Azerbaijan.
