Members of the board of directors of the telecommunications company Jusan Mobile received total remuneration of 213.8 million tenge in 2025, reports infohub.kz.
According to data disclosed on the portal of the Financial Reporting Depository, this amount is 124.6 million tenge less than a year earlier: in 2024, payments to top managers amounted to 338.4 million tenge. At the same time, the size of the board did not change - both in 2024 and 2025 it consisted of four people.
However, over the year the board was completely renewed: none of the managers who worked in 2024 retained their positions in 2025. The reshuffle took place gradually throughout the year.
In March 2025, Alibek Kudaibergenov joined the board, in July - Galymzhan Suimbaev, and in November and December the composition was supplemented by Rinat Dzheksenov and Marat Sandybayev.
Kudaibergenov headed the financial block of the construction company Integra Construction from 2020 to 2024, and previously worked in the structure of KazMunayGas. Dzheksenov has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry: from 2013 to 2019 he held a number of senior positions at Kcell, after which he moved to Kazakhtelecom. Sandybayev is also a veteran of Kazakhtelecom, where he began his career in 2010 as an electrician and has since devoted a significant part of his professional life to the company.
All three, with the exception of Suimbaev, continue to work on the board of Jusan Mobile. In addition, the top management includes Chingis Kuskambasov, who previously worked at Kazakhtelecom, Kcell and Mobile Telecom-Service (brands Tele2/Altel).
Earlier, Kursiv reported that the sole owner of Jusan Mobile, Galimzhan Yessenov, approved the payment of dividends for 2025. The company allocated 1.23 billion tenge of net profit for these purposes.
Jusan Mobile has been owned by Assets, Logistics & Property Group for almost five years. Previously, the company was called Jusan Ventures. In turn, this structure has been owned for about two years by JV Holding, founded by Yessenov, who remains its owner.
44-year-old Galimzhan Yessenov ranks 19th in the list of the richest businessmen in Kazakhstan according to Forbes 2026, with a fortune of $564 million.
Jusan Mobile is a Kazakhstani telecommunications and IT company providing communication services, internet, satellite technologies and system integration. In January 2025, the company was the first to launch high-speed internet on trains of the national carrier Kazakhstan Temir Zholy via low-orbit Eutelsat-OneWeb satellites. It is also involved in the project to connect 328 of the most remote villages of Kazakhstan to high-speed satellite internet. The company's profit for 2024 amounted to 1.4 billion tenge.
