Kadisha Begotaeva has left her post as deputy akim of Pavlodar to become head of the Pavlodar Region Department of Economics and Budget Planning, infohub.kz reports.

The announcement was made on the official Telegram channel of the regional governor's press service. According to a decree by the akim of Pavlodar Region, Kadisha Begotaeva has been appointed head of the Pavlodar Region Department of Economics and Budget Planning.

Kadisha Kabuldayevna was born in 1969 in Novosibirsk Region. In 1990, she graduated from Karaganda Cooperative Institute with a degree in accounting and analysis of economic activity.

She began her career in 1990 as chief accountant at the motor transport enterprise of Zhelezinka District, Pavlodar Region.

From 1995 to 1999, she served as deputy chief accountant and chief accountant in the finance department of Zhelezinka District.

From 1999 to 2015, she held senior positions in the finance and economics department of Zhelezinka District.

From 2015 to 2021, she was deputy head of the Pavlodar Region Finance Department.

From 2021 until this appointment, she served as deputy akim of Pavlodar.

She has more than 30 years of civil service experience.
