On the website of an online ticketing service, a concert by American rapper Kanye West (Ye) was announced. Organizers and the ticketing service published the information, but the show has not yet appeared on the artist's official schedule, reports infohub.kz.

The performance is expected to take place at Almaty Central Stadium. Ticket sales start July 20. Prices range from 120,000 to 350,000 tenge depending on the category.

Joseph Carre, a manager who works with Kanye West on YEEZY projects and music management, also announced the upcoming concert. He posted an Instagram story with the announcement of the Almaty show.

However, Kanye West's official website, which lists his concert schedule, does not yet include the Kazakhstan performance.

Notably, the biggest scandal surrounding Kanye West involves his antisemitic remarks and public praise of Hitler. Due to his statements and the sale of T-shirts with swastikas, many European countries, including the UK and Poland, started canceling his concerts, and international brands terminated their contracts with him.

Earlier, a court ordered the return of millions of tenge to Kazakhstanis for a canceled concert by Akmal.
