At an extraordinary general meeting on September 25, Kaspi Bank shareholders approved dividends on ordinary and preferred shares for 2025 — 4,000 tenge per security. Payments begin on the same date, according to infohub.kz.
The decision was published on the website of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE).
According to the bank's 2025 financial statements, 94.4% of shares belong to Kaspi Group, with another 4.55% held by Kaspi.kz. The remaining 1.05% is distributed among other parties.
At the end of the year, the bank's ultimate beneficiaries were Baring Vostok funds with 22.98%, Mikhail Lomtadze with 22.34%, Vyacheslav Kim with 20.52%, public investors with 30.3%, and management with 3.83%.
The list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends was compiled as of September 24.
As of the end of 2025, there were 18,345,540 ordinary and 372,484 preferred shares in circulation. As a result, the total payout will amount to 74.8 billion tenge.
In late June 2026, Kaspi Bank already paid shareholders dividends based on the previous year's results at 1,600 tenge per share. At that time, the total dividend payout was 29.95 billion tenge.
Kaspi Bank's net profit in 2025 stood at 571.5 billion tenge.
