Now expectant mothers in Kazakhstan can apply for maternity benefits directly in the Kaspi.kz mobile app. A new digital service has been launched in partnership with the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reports infohub.kz.

Previously, to receive benefits, one had to visit a Public Service Center (TsON), submit documents, and wait in line. Now, applications can be submitted easily from a smartphone in the Kaspi.kz super app under the "Government Services" section.

Mikhail Lomtadze, head and co-founder of Kaspi.kz, noted: "We love creating services that make our customers' lives better. Transferring one of the most popular services to a platform used daily by millions of Kazakhstanis is a clear example of how digitalization makes state support closer, simpler, and more timely for everyone."
