The board of directors of Kaspi.kz has recommended that shareholders approve a dividend payment of 1,000 tenge per share, which could total 199.5 billion tenge, according to infohub.kz.
The company announced a shareholders' meeting scheduled for September 9. The agenda includes the distribution of profits on common shares.
The board proposed approving dividends of 1,000 tenge per ordinary share. Given that the number of outstanding shares of Kaspi.kz is 199.5 million, the total payout could reach 199.5 billion tenge.
The record date for shareholders is tentatively set for September 8, 2026. The period for which the dividends are to be paid has not been specified.
It is worth noting that for 2025, the fintech company's net profit amounted to 1 trillion tenge.
Kaspi.kz includes Kaspi Bank, Turkish marketplace Hepsiburada, Kaspi marketplace, Kaspi Pay, Kaspi Travel LLP, and Kaspi Office LLP. Kaspi.kz shares and global depositary receipts are traded on NASDAQ, KASE, and AIX.
The largest shareholders of Kaspi.kz are Mikhail Lomtadze (23.04%), Vyacheslav Kim (20.06%), and Baring funds (19%).
Recall that in June, Kaspi.kz already announced dividend payment for the first quarter at 850 tenge per share, totaling 161.5 billion tenge.
