Kazakh carriers Air Astana and FlyArystan have again extended the suspension of flights to Dubai, reports infohub.kz.
FlyArystan has announced the extension of the temporary suspension of flights on the Aktau–Dubai–Aktau route until September 30, 2026, inclusive. This decision was made due to the ongoing unstable situation in the Middle East. Previously, the carrier had already informed about the suspension of flights until September 15.
Currently, tickets for Aktau–Dubai–Aktau flights are available from October 3 under the winter schedule. Any further changes will be announced separately.
Passengers of canceled flights are offered free rebooking to a later date or a full refund of the ticket price without penalties at the place of purchase.
Air Astana, in turn, due to the ongoing instability in the Persian Gulf region, extends the cancellation of flights to Dubai from Almaty and Astana until September 30, 2026. For October, the schedule for these routes has been adjusted with a reduction in flight frequency.
Passengers of canceled flights are offered free rebooking in the same booking class on flights until November 20, 2026. They can also receive a full refund of the ticket price at the place of purchase or freely change the ticket to other international Air Astana destinations with an additional fare difference if applicable.
