Kazakh and Tajik doctors will exchange experience, perform joint surgeries, and hold master classes as part of the Days of Kazakh Medicine, reports infohub.kz.
Kazakh specialists from republican scientific centers in cardiology, oncology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and traumatology, as well as representatives of medical universities, have traveled to Tajikistan. The delegation is led by Vice Minister of Health Manas Ramazanov.
The participants will work in the fields of cardiology, cardiac surgery, endocrinology, traumatology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and other specialties. They will conduct patient consultations, surgeries, and master classes, as well as review complex clinical cases.
In Dushanbe, the Kazakh specialists visited the Tajik Research Institute of Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Perinatology, where they have already familiarized themselves with the work of the departments.
For Tajik doctors, the Kazakhs have prepared special presentations on modern approaches to the treatment of obstetric hemorrhage.
Another seminar was dedicated to the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. The doctors discussed radiofrequency ablation, a minimally invasive method in which the nodule is destroyed using radiofrequency energy.
Kazakh doctor Arman Ibraev, together with Tajik colleagues, consulted patients with thyroid diseases and reviewed clinical cases.
In the near future, the specialists will hold master classes on ENT surgery, pediatric and adult traumatology, neonatal surgery, treatment of childhood diseases, and oncourology.
Following the visit, the parties plan to hold a joint medical forum and sign memorandums between medical organizations of Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
