In the Kyzylorda region, a man was sentenced to 40 hours of community service for using foul language towards his brother, reports the website infohub.kz.
The incident occurred in Kyzylorda. The man, identified only as N., committed two administrative offenses within a year by verbally abusing his brother. The court deemed this a sign of disrespect towards a family member.
“During the court hearing, citizen N. pleaded guilty and expressed regret for his actions. His guilt was confirmed by his own explanation, the statement and explanation of the victim, as well as the case materials,” the court stated.
As a result, N. was found guilty and sentenced to 40 hours of community service.
