The Military Court of the Akmola Garrison ruled in favor of a former serviceman, ordering the recovery of unlawfully withheld funds and the issuance of required property, as reported by infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the court considered a civil case filed by a serviceman against the Republican State Institution "Aviation Service" for the recovery of funds, issuance of military property, and payment of compensation.
The plaintiff was discharged from military service in 2025. Upon discharge, a portion of his due payments was withheld, compensation was not paid, and military uniforms were not issued.
After examining the case materials, the court established that 1,320,807 tenge had been withheld from the plaintiff. As there were no legal grounds for this deduction, the court deemed it unlawful. Additionally, the court concluded that the plaintiff, discharged from military service, had the right to compensation related to the transportation of personal property within the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The court's decision ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff 1,320,807 tenge in unlawfully withheld funds and 544,852 tenge in compensation for the transportation of personal property.
Furthermore, the defendant is obliged to provide the plaintiff with the unissued items of military uniforms and equipment in kind, in accordance with current regulations.
The plaintiff's claim for reimbursement of medical expenses was denied.
As a result, the plaintiff's claims were partially satisfied.
The court's decision has not yet entered into legal force.
