An Aktau resident has been held administratively liable for posting content on TikTok that showed body parts and included profanity. She was fined 86,500 tenge for petty hooliganism, according to infohub.kz.
According to information published on the official Telegram channel of the courts of Mangystau Region, the specialized administrative court of Aktau considered the case against the woman under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses (petty hooliganism).
The court established that in July 2026, the woman published a post on her TikTok page in which, while responding to comments from another female user, she showed body parts and used obscene language.
At the hearing, the woman fully admitted her guilt and assured that she would not allow such behavior in the future.
The offender's guilt was confirmed by a police report, an administrative offense protocol, and a video recording attached to the case as material evidence.
The court found the woman guilty under Part 1 of Article 434 of the Administrative Offenses Code and imposed an administrative fine of 20 monthly calculation indices (86,500 tenge). The ruling has not yet entered into legal force. Earlier, residents of the Zhambyl, Turkistan, Almaty, and Aktobe regions, as well as Semey, Pavlodar, and Taldykorgan, were punished for similar actions on social networks.
