Aleksandra Zalyubovskaya, Mariya Shuvalova, Milana Zubareva and Adelina Zems ran the relay 4 seconds slower than the winners, clocking 3:33.76. India edged Bahrain in a tight finish on the final lap, with China taking third.

The athletics competition at the 2026 Asian Games has ended. Kazakhstan finished without a gold medal.
