Dinara Mingirova, president of Autokombinat No. 4, received remuneration of 49.8 million tenge for 2025, reports infohub.kz.
According to the latest financial statements for 2024, published on the DFO, Mingirova is the sole founder of the company. In the previous year, her remuneration was 37.5 million tenge, meaning the amount increased by 12.3 million tenge, or 32.9%, year-on-year.
Autokombinat No. 4 specializes in road freight transportation of various types of cargo, as well as providing services to enterprises, organizations, and the public. The company's profit for 2024 was 5.5 million tenge – seven times lower than the payments to its president.
Mingirova also provided the company with several interest-free and repayable loans totaling 34 million tenge. The funds were used to purchase a vehicle for production.
According to public data, Mingirova also serves as the head and founder of D-TradeKZ. The company's business activity is not specified in public records, but in the Adata database, the company is listed under OKED 68201 – rental (sublease) and management of own or leased residential real estate.
