From 19:00 on October 23 until 00:00 on October 27, access to some property document services in Kazakhstan will be restricted as technical work is carried out on the digital system of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre and the Public Cadastral Map, the website infohub.kz reports.
The state corporation "Government for Citizens" warned of the upcoming restrictions in its Telegram channel. According to the corporation, applications for public services related to the land cadastre, registration of rights to immovable property and technical inspection of real estate will not be accepted during this period.
"During this period, applications for public services related to the land cadastre, registration of rights to immovable property and technical inspection of real estate will not be accepted. At the same time, electronic certificates in the field of registration of rights to immovable property will remain available through digital services," the state corporation said in its statement.
The temporary restrictions are due to the migration of the Unified State Real Estate Cadastre to QazTRF-23. The corporation clarified that this is a state coordinate system that will enable the use of digital maps and spatial data with modern, open satellite navigation systems.
