In the village of Rassypnoye in the Shemonaikha district of the East Kazakhstan region, a 19-year-old young man left graffiti on the asphalt, for which he was held administratively liable. This was reported by infohub.kz.

According to the press service of the Police Department of the East Kazakhstan region, the violation was detected by a mobile group of the Shemonaikha police division during preventive work. The identity of the offender was established — he turned out to be a 19-year-old guy.

The court found that he had used black aerosol paint to apply an image and an obscene inscription, thereby desecrating a public place. The young man admitted his guilt and expressed regret over the incident.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against him under Part 4 of Article 434 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative Offenses — petty hooliganism, expressed in the desecration of buildings, other structures, residential premises, public places, property on transport and in other public places.

The court imposed an administrative penalty in the form of a fine of 35 monthly calculation indices — 151,375 tenge.
