In Kazakhstan, the highest-paying jobs are concentrated in the IT sector, where specialists can earn up to two million tenge per month, according to infohub.kz.

According to the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, employers most often seek workers in education, healthcare, and construction. High demand also persists in manufacturing, transport, and logistics. Income levels directly depend on profession, qualifications, and work experience.

The electronic labor exchange lists over 11,000 vacancies with salaries exceeding 300,000 tenge. For qualified specialists, even more attractive conditions are available: in IT – up to 2 million tenge, in manufacturing – up to 1.7 million, in construction – up to 1.2 million, in agriculture and healthcare – up to 1 million, and in education – up to 750,000 tenge.

Among job seekers, the highest salary expectations are recorded for pilot positions (2.39 million tenge), flight attendants (1.43 million tenge), and power plant managers (about 1.32 million tenge).

Earlier it was reported that Kazakhstani citizens need up to 320,000 tenge per person to avoid feeling poor.
