Financial holding Republic posted a net profit of 1.6 billion tenge in 2025, reports website infohub.kz.

For comparison, the previous year's profit was 2.9 billion tenge. The holding's retained earnings reached 5.9 billion tenge by end-2025. In 2025, the company received 1.7 billion tenge in dividends from subsidiaries (compared to 1.2 billion tenge in 2024).

Major shareholders of Financial Holding Republic as of end-2025 were Yerkin Koshkinbayev (68.1%) and Successful Investment Trust (15.81%). Chairman of the board Alexander Manaenko held 0.29%. The ultimate owner of Successful Investment Trust is also Yerkin Koshkinbayev.

The holding controls several subsidiaries: RPS Asia (Kazakhstan, software development) – 100%; IVC (Kazakhstan, software development) – 100%; United System of Instant Payments (Kyrgyzstan, software development) – 100%; and Payment Center (Kyrgyzstan, software development) – 100%.

According to the report, the book value of Payment Center was fully impaired due to the start of liquidation proceedings for the Kyrgyz company. Investment in it was valued at 1 billion tenge at end-2024. The company sold its assets and fully repaid its loan, credit, and other obligations.

RPS Asia holds a license from the National Bank of Kazakhstan to process payments, issue electronic money, and create wallets. Under the Yurta brand, RPS Asia became the payment gateway for the entire ecosystem, transmitting payment transactions via a mobile app and an electronic wallet with a virtual Visa card, supporting Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Android Pay.

United System of Instant Payments operates more than 800 terminals and 1,000 payment acceptance points in Kyrgyzstan under the Onoi brand, allowing users to pay for everyday services. The service is among the top three largest payment systems in Kyrgyzstan.

The holding, registered in Almaty, had 10 employees in 2025, compared to nine in 2024.
