The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan has issued a warning to livestock owners about the serious threat posed by uncontrolled grazing. As reported by infohub.kz, the statement was published on the official Telegram channel Polisia.kz.
Law enforcement officials emphasize that livestock on the roadway can cause traffic accidents and pose a serious danger to all road users. These situations become especially critical at night and on highways with heavy traffic.
In this regard, the police urge animal owners not to leave their livestock unattended and to ensure they do not leave pastures or wander onto roads. The ministry reminded that owners are obliged to provide proper care and grazing for livestock and take all necessary measures to prevent them from accessing the roadway.
The Ministry also added that road safety is a shared responsibility. Driver vigilance and a responsible approach by livestock owners will help prevent traffic accidents.
