In the Kostanay region, a man has been held administratively liable for petty hooliganism on a passenger train. He will have to pay a fine of 86,500 tenge, reports infohub.kz.
According to the official Telegram channel of the Kostanay regional courts, the court of the Beimbet Mailin district considered an administrative case against a man for petty hooliganism (Article 434, Part 1 of the Administrative Code).
During the court proceedings, it was established that on September 6, 2026, at about 21:00, on a passenger train traveling through the territory of the Beimbet Mailin district, a passenger, while intoxicated, used obscene language. By his actions in a public place, he violated public order and the peace of citizens, showing clear disrespect for those around him.
In the court session, the man admitted his guilt. When imposing the administrative penalty, the court took into account mitigating circumstances - admission of guilt and the presence of minor children. As an aggravating circumstance, the court considered the commission of the administrative offense while intoxicated.
By the court's ruling, the man was found guilty of committing an administrative offense and was sentenced to a fine of 86,500 tenge. The court ruling has not yet entered into legal force.
