Over the next three days, weather in Kazakhstan will present a sharp contrast for residents: northern regions will be blanketed in snow, while the west will warm up to +27°C. This forecast was presented by meteorologists from Kazhydromet, according to infohub.kz.
From October 8 to 10, unstable weather will persist across most of the country due to shifting cyclones. In the northwest, north, and east, rain, wet snow, and ice are expected. Meanwhile, the west and south will see sunny weather with no precipitation.
Additionally, night and morning fog is forecast nationwide, along with a noticeable increase in wind.
What the temperatures will be:
in the west, nighttime temperatures will range from +5…+16°C, while daytime highs will be from +17…+22°C to +22…+27°C;
in the northwest, north, and center, nighttime frosts will hit from +3…+13°C to -1…-6°C. During the day, however, the air will warm up to +10…+17°C;
in the east, nighttime temperatures will settle at 0…+8°C, and during the day will rise slightly to +10…+15°C;
in the south and southeast, it will also be cool at night: nighttime temperatures will drop to +3…+10°C, and in mountainous areas, frosts down to 2°C are expected. During the day, thermometers will show +17…+25°C, and in the mountains — +12…+17°C.
Earlier, Kursiv wrote that from October 6 to 8, due to the influence of atmospheric frontal systems, unstable weather will set in across most of the country: rains will become more frequent and low blizzards will sweep. Wind will intensify nationwide, and fog is expected at night and in the morning.
