Top managers of the state-owned oil pipeline company KazTransOil received a total of KZT 405 million in remuneration for 2025, according to the website infohub.kz.
As stated in the report published on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), the total amount paid to the company's executive body was lower than the previous year, when it reached KZT 484 million.
For most of the reporting period, the management board consisted of seven members. Throughout the year, the board included General Director Arman Kasenov, Amirzhan Ospanov, Zhaidarman Isakov, Gaziz Koshanov, and Almas Ungarsynov. In January, Abai Beisembaev joined them, and in April there were personnel changes: Nurzhan Kushzhanov was appointed Deputy General Director for Production, replacing Temirkhan Abdirov.
In parallel, the company disclosed its financial results for the first half of 2026. Consolidated net profit for this period reached KZT 29 billion, which is 33.4% higher than the result for the same period last year. Revenue increased by 10.28% to KZT 180 billion.
KazTransOil operates a network of main oil pipelines with a total length of 5.3 thousand km and water pipelines of 2.3 thousand km. A controlling stake in the company (90% plus one ordinary share) belongs to KazMunayGas, a subsidiary of the Samruk-Kazyna fund, with the remaining 10% held by minority shareholders.
Earlier it was reported that KazTransOil would allocate KZT 45.39 billion for dividend payments from 2025 profits, which amounted to KZT 56.6 billion.
