TV personality Kelly Osbourne has admitted she gained nearly 30 pounds — roughly 13.6 kilograms — after a dramatic weight loss brought on by grief over her father's death, infohub.kz reports.

According to People, the celebrity said she lost a significant amount of weight due to stress and grief following the death of her father, rock musician Ozzy Osbourne. She said it was not an eating disorder, but food made her nauseous, and her physical condition deteriorated to the point where she could not take care of herself.

Osbourne was shocked by her own appearance in February when she saw photos of herself at the BRIT Awards. The TV host recalled visiting her father's grave with a candle and asking him for help. The next day, her mother Sharon Osbourne introduced her daughter to a psychotherapist, whose work helped stabilize her mental and physical health.

Now 41-year-old Kelly is gradually returning to normal life. Together with her three-year-old son Sidney, she has decided to move from Los Angeles to the British countryside to give the child a peaceful childhood.
