Kazakhstani fighter Kuat Khamitov has received an offer to compete in the world's largest bare-knuckle fighting league, Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC), reports infohub.kz.
The athlete announced this on his Instagram. 'I received an offer to fight in Bare Knuckle FC. If we agree on the terms, I will make my debut in this new organization this autumn,' he said.
Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) is the world's largest bare-knuckle boxing organization, based in Philadelphia. Founded in 2018, BKFC became the first company since 1889 to be officially authorized to hold bare-knuckle boxing tournaments in the United States. In recent years, many well-known mixed martial arts and professional boxing fighters have competed in the league.
It is worth noting that this month Khamitov made his debut in the RAF organization, where he faced top UFC fighter Arman Tsarukyan under freestyle wrestling rules. The Kazakhstani lost that bout and then proposed to hold another fight against a renowned opponent.
