A labor dispute over unpaid wages in the Kyzylorda Region has ended in a mediation agreement: a former employee of a partnership agreed to receive more than 2 million tenge, according to infohub.kz.

According to the official Telegram channel of the Kyzylorda Region courts, the plaintiff filed a lawsuit seeking recovery of unpaid wages from the partnership.

In court, the woman explained that she was hired in 2022 and dismissed in 2026 at her own request. Upon hiring, she signed an employment contract under which her monthly salary was 600,000 tenge. However, the partnership did not pay her wages in full for the months worked. She therefore asked the court to recover the outstanding debt.

During the proceedings, the parties were informed of their right to resolve the dispute through conciliation procedures.

As a result, the parties reached a mutual agreement, submitted a mediation agreement to the court, and asked for it to be approved.

Under the terms of the agreement, the partnership undertook to pay the plaintiff wage arrears of 2,048,727 tenge in monthly installments of 170,730 tenge over 12 months, starting from October 25, 2026.

The plaintiff accepted the terms of the agreement and withdrew her claim.

The court approved the mediation agreement concluded between the parties and terminated the proceedings.
